Job Description

NeuroTech AI Labs is looking for an AI/ML Research Engineer to join our team and help advance research in computer vision, NLP, and generative AI. You’ll contribute to innovative AI solutions in healthcare and education.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning models for NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art deep learning architectures.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate models into production systems.
• Publish findings in internal reports and external conferences.
• Analyze large datasets to discover patterns and improve model performance.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of practical experience building and deploying ML models.
• Strong Python programming and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Solid understanding of statistical learning techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Publications in AI/ML conferences or journals.
• Experience with Transformers, GANs, or LLMs.
• Understanding of MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
