Job Description

SkyNet Solutions is seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Architect to lead the architecture and design of scalable, secure, and high-availability infrastructure across cloud environments. You will collaborate closely with DevOps, engineering, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable cloud architectures.
• Assess existing infrastructure and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure deployment pipelines are efficient and secure.
• Define governance and compliance frameworks for cloud environments.
• Provide technical leadership in cloud migration and transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and architecture.
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect).
• In-depth understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Strong grasp of cloud security and monitoring best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud strategies.
• Knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes.
• Previous work with financial or highly regulated industries.
